We’re sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your product. At NEO Choice, we want to ensure that your purchase meets your expectations. That's why we offer a Lifetime Warranty for products registered within 30 days of purchase.
How to Register Your Product & Claim Warranty
To activate your Lifetime Warranty for free, please make sure you register your product within 30 days of purchase. If your product is defective, broken, or not working properly and was purchased from an authorized retailer, you can submit a warranty claim.
Important Steps for Returning a Defective Product:
- Register Your Product: Ensure your product is registered within 30 days of purchase to qualify for the warranty. After 30 days, there will be a $15 late registration fee.
- Fill Out the Return Form: Download and complete the Product Return Form below. This form is required for all returns. Without it, your product will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- Cover Shipping & Handling: Include a check or money order to cover the shipping and handling fee made out to NEO Choice. If payment was made using a debit/credit card on our website, include your order confirmation number on the form.
Shipping Instructions for Defective Products
When shipping your defective product back to us, please include the following:
- The defective item (flat iron, twister, or dryer)
- A completed product return form
- A check or money order for the shipping and handling fee, made out to NEO Choice. If paying by debit/credit card, include your confirmation number on the return form.
We recommend using FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL for shipping your return. Please retain your tracking number to ensure the product arrives safely and on time.
Warranty Evaluation & Replacement
Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected by our Warranty Department. If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturer’s defect under normal usage, we will replace the item with a new one of the same size and color (or a similar size/color if the original is unavailable).
Please Note:
- If the product is found to have been damaged due to unintended use or does not qualify under the warranty, unfortunately, a replacement will not be issued.
- If your warranty claim is approved, we will send the replacement product back to you.
