Processing & Shipping Timeline
- Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business day.
- Promotional Sales: Please note that orders placed during promotional events may experience slight delays. We will notify you if this occurs.
- Order Confirmation & Tracking: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, and once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Details
- Warehouse Location: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canoga Park, California.
- Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping and billing details before completing your order. Any incomplete or incorrect address (such as a P.O. Box) may cause delays in processing. If you encounter any issues with your tracking or delivery, please contact the courier directly.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Orders (U.S.)
- Orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground, with delivery expected in 2 to 7 business days.
- Orders to U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, the Caribbean Islands) are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, with delivery typically within 5 to 10 days.
Shipping Timeframes by Region:
- West Coast Shipping: 2-4 days
- East Coast Shipping: 3-5 days
- U.S. Territories: 5-10 days
